I started Amanda's plan 4 months after I had my 2nd baby, I was breastfeeding at the time and I was constantly hungry and I was always craving chocolate, so my diet consisted of coffee and cake. Once I joined I got so much information, I could eat my chocolate and have my coffee alongside a lot of tasty meals without feeling guilty. I loved that the members in the group, as well as Amanda, post their meals. For me personally, accountability is key so I loved to share my meals. I started doing her online classes and found that I was toning up and completely changing my body. I love that it’s all about taking things at your own pace, so I didn’t need to worry about not being able to keep up. We can do the classes at any time, so with having small kids it was a fantastic as I wasn’t stuck to a certain time or day. After a while on the programme, I fell pregnant with my third baby. I stayed on the programme. I didn’t do the online classes, but I kept up with my food and I felt great throughout the pregnancy. After having my baby, I found myself sleep deprived again and exhausted with three kids. It took a few months, but I got back on track and the weight has come off nice and steadily again. I’m back loving my food and feeling great in myself. I’m looking forward to starting up the online workouts again, so I can tone up. With a busy house, it’s sometimes hard to find time for myself, so focusing on my food is key for me. I’m at the lightest weight I have been in years while enjoying my food every day. I would encourage anyone who struggles with losing weight or bad eating habits to join Amanda's programme. You won’t regret it.

I am so grateful that I was accepted into this plan. I know 6 weeks isn’t long enough to erase the years and years of fad, yo yo diets, but it’s certainly been the most educational 6 weeks of my life! The knowledge I now have about food and weight has changed my outlook on food and the way I live my life. I haven’t had a single binge or “Day off” because I haven’t needed to. Amanda’s way has shown me that I can have the foods I enjoy, and that includes treats every day, and still consistently get results. So there is no need to binge.. Why would I want a day off from eating tasty, delicious food.

I’ve had takeaways, nights out, days on couch and I’ve controlled my controllables so that these didn’t impact on my results. If I knew I was having a take away or treat, I was wise with my choices leading up to it.  If it was spur of the moment, I made a choice based on what’s best for my body while also having a treat! It works.  

Amanda is a great coach who gives her full attention to the group and is very actively involved in the process. She’s encouraging, supportive and above all knowledgeable. She understands that life is not the same for everyone so the same calories won’t work for everyone, but helps each person find the way that suits them and shows them how to work with their own body and be able to continue to achieve great results.

In my first 6 weeks I’ve lost 11lbs and a total of 58.5 cm which is just incredible as I’ve been eating the foods that I want to eat and enjoying my food, guilt free, for the first time in about 18 years! I’m never hungry or feel unsatisfied. I definitely have buckets more energy and don’t completely dread doing exercise now (still don’t love It but I don’t hate it). Thank you Amanda!!!

I recommend Amanda 100% for a programme as I have lost 20 pounds and 79cm while on the plan. I have been a person who has been on many weight loss programmes throughout my life and none of them have worked like this one. Not only is there constant support in the group on Facebook, there are check ins weekly which helps keep you on track. Amanda offers so many low calorie recipes, they are not just low in calories, they are very tasty. She gives you the knowledge you need to help maintain a balanced lifestyle and shows you how to live your life without cutting out your favourite foods, you simply just fit them in to your week. I ate out, I had chocolate, I had carbs and went out on weekends, all while losing weight and cms. She also offers intense workouts. Overall the experience was amazing and I never felt restricted. Amanda, you deserve lots of praise for what you do. My review is that this is 100% definitely the best plan I’ve ever been on and the last. I’ll be signing up again when you're back from honeymoon! I joined Amanda’s Smarter Choices 12 weeks ago and I can honestly say I have enjoyed every minute of it, from the workouts, Q&A lives and tasty recipes. For years I’ve been on fad diets, depriving myself of all the food I love and feeling miserable. Amanda has taught me how easy it is when you have the right mindset and knowledge about how our bodies work. Joining Amanda’s smarter choices was the best decision I have made in relation to a healthy lifestyle and fitness. I was one of those people who would be so strict with what I ate during the week and would just go crazy at the weekends. I would spend at least an hour a day, 7 days a week on the treadmill or turbo. I woke up on a Monday morning with that horrible guilty feeling because of all that bad stuff I had eaten. I would feel miserable for the whole day, only to repeat the whole process the next weekend. The thought of that workout every day was mentally draining. I honestly couldn’t keep going or sustain that approach long term. So many times I went to send an email to Amanda asking to be included in the next online group, but I just kept telling myself it wouldn’t work for me. I always thought: “How could you lose weight enjoying all your favourite foods and treats and exercise less?” I wasn’t convinced, but 6 weeks ago I couldn’t keep going the way I was, I was wrecked tired, had no motivation or energy and I was just fed up with the relationship I had developed with food and exercise. Six weeks later and it is definitely the best thing I have done for my health, both mentally and physically. I honestly can’t believe that I can eat so much tasty food, enjoy treats (without the guilt), eat carbs again and still be able to lose weight and tone up. I really enjoy the live workouts, the help and support of the group and, most of all, I love trying out all the recipes. They are delish! I am thrilled that I joined the group.  I never expected to get so much out of it. I felt I came to it with a good base, I already had my exercise nailed because I love my gym classes and I always loved fruit and veg, but I was always had those extra few pounds over that I knew stopped me looking the way I wanted to and hid the hard work I was doing in the gym. I honestly thought I would never get rid of them and that I would have to stop enjoying my treats and indulging my sweet tooth if I wanted to lose them and I knew that I could never sustain that.  I had tried tracking calories before and I couldn't manage it. Firstly, I have lost 1 stone 7lbs. I have lost 49.5 cm overall and my mindset towards dieting and food has completely changed. I didn’t feel like I was dieting, I just felt I was making better choices.

This experience has been the most positive, life changing one I have made in terms of my weight loss and mindset. I still enjoyed food and my social life while looking better and feeling good. It’s something I know I can and will continue. I think the idea of just swapping items of lesser calories is what stood out! It’s something I would never look at before. For example, I could still have the same lunch but I was saving so many calories with small swaps like the bread, cheese and mayo. The constant support and encouragement from Amanda and everyone in the group is unbelievable. I loved the way Amanda always took the positives from the week, whether it be big or small. The accountability and support in the group is brilliant. It gave me a small bit of encouragement every day to continue on, as I was reminded of foods I could make and the progress people have made. Even one simple post was a reminder of what I was a part of. I started on my journey in January and am finishing it in May a much more confident and happy person in myself. One piece of advice is to everyone is slow and steady definitely wins the race! Thank you for everything!

“Would I recommend Smarter Choices Coaching? ABSOLUTELY!”

I have spent years going to different gyms and Weight Watchers and the outcome was always the same. I would lose weight at the start but it meant I had to restrict my foods and starve myself some days so that I could have "extra" at the weekend. I was depriving myself of what I wanted to eat, as I thought it was bad for me. Eventually I would lose interest and eat everything around me. No matter how hard I worked out, every time I stepped onto the scales, I would feel bad about myself because I ate that small bar of chocolate or that piece of bread. After a few months of following Amanda, I decided to ditch the scales and in October 2021, I decided to join Amanda's online group. To be honest, when I saw my daily calorie allowance from Amanda, I thought it was wrong. It had to be, I mean how could I eat that many calories and still lose weight and tone up? After the first 2 weeks, I was totally shocked. I was losing inches and I never felt one bit hungry or deprived. From October 2021 to January 2022, I lost over 45cms. Imagine being able to lose weight over the busy Christmas period? Joining Amanda's group has completely changed my mindset towards food. I don't have to restrict my eating which means there isn't that guilty feeling about food. The fitness classes are brilliant and you always feel amazing afterwards. You can do them throughout the day at a time that suits you. You can enjoy life and still look and feel good - you don't have to restrict what you like to eat. I would encourage anyone to give Amanda's Smarter Choices a try - you won't regret it.
